Ability for Lion Den to receive and reply to customer emails

I would love the same feature! If Lions Den agents are working to book jobs for us, this is an essential feature, and will make things easier on the owners, so they do not have to forward emails to Lions den agents everytime an email comes in. It would also be good to have the correspondence with each customer on record in the system, so we can pull up the customer profile and see All communication between us and the customer, incoming and outgoing.
