The client portal looks dated and hasn't been updated in years. I'd like to see a refresh focusing on the customer experience and having a skilled user interface expert lay it out, noting colors, design and readability. Currently the grey writing is challenging for clients to read especially on mobile devices. I've had complaints that it looks almost optional since its "greyed out." The customer portal hasn't been updated in years and should be constantly updated to ensure its as clear and up to date as possible especially when competitors have new and improved designs.
