Option to Name moves

We have several contractors that use us and we can have many moves scheduled under that project manager. If there was a way that on front profile page in the recent estimates area we could add in a spot to write a note like "Smith move" or "Brown move" ect that way when the project manager calls we can easily figure out which move we need to click on instead of having to open each one.

Hello! Thank you for your feedback! I do believe we currently offer what you are looking for. When adding new clients, you have the option to also fill in the field for "Company." When doing this, it will then show according to that company's name, but will still have a contact connected that varies by estimate. Please reach out to us if you have questions about this feature!

Rebecca Krasowski Hi Rebecca, Sorry I didn't see this sooner.
Currently, while we’re able to organize by contractor, we aren’t able to easily distinguish between individual jobs under each contractor without opening each estimate. For example, with a company like Green Gables, we may have 8–10 contractors scheduling through us. Each contractor can have multiple jobs booked at the same time (often 2–3), all for different clients.
Right now, if a contractor like Abe has several jobs scheduled, we have to open each estimate individually to find the specific job we’re looking for. This becomes time-consuming.
What we’re requesting is an enhancement to the main profile page where estimates are listed. Alongside the existing fields (Estimate Number, Move Date, Rep, Miles, Weight, Price, Status), we’d like the option to add a customer name field.
For example:
Estimate #12345 – Brown
Estimate #12346 – Smith
Estimate #12347 – Via
This would allow us to immediately identify the correct job when a customer calls (e.g., “I’m calling about the Brown job”) without needing to open multiple estimates.
Having this visible at a glance would greatly improve efficiency and reduce time spent searching for the correct job.

This would be AMAZING! SO much easier to locate within their profiles.
