Hey Tiffany, we already have an Overtime feature under the BOL/Invoice Settings section of Estimate Settings. When you fill out the hours in the respective box, it'll charge OT when that hour threshold is reached, but only if the crew is recording the start and stop time on the BOL fully. The rate for the crew can also be put in under that section and the cost that you put would be the additional cost per crewman.
